Our Governance
It is important to us that we carry out our work to a high standard, that both honours the contributions of people, organisations and supporters and promotes the wellbeing of all those involved in our programmes and spaces.
We want our governance to be a true reflection of our Christian faith and champion best practice in our organisational structures and processes.
We are committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults
We have adopted the Church of England’s policies and best practice on safeguarding which may be found on the Church of England’s website or on the Safeguarding pages of the Chelmsford Diocese.
Our Safeguarding Officer is Hayley Sach, who may be contacted by email.
We are a CIO
We are a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), registered since November 2021. To date we have complete accounts from 2022, that are independently examined each year and filed on time.
Our Trustees
Our Trustees take their responsibilities seriously, holding the legal responsibility for the CIO and providing accountability for the Priest and Director. We are open to interest from those that may want to join the trustee body, particularly if you have HR, finance or legal experience, do drop us a line if you'd like to find out more.
