Our Vision & Values

A family of four sitting on a bench in front of a festive backdrop. The backdrop has decorated hearts, a mug with 'Best Dad' written on it, and various decorative items. The family members are smiling, with the father and mother seated with their two daughters, one girl sitting on her mother's lap and the other standing beside her.

Our vision is to see communities thriving with Jesus at the heart.

A group of young people are attending a meeting or class, seated facing forward. The central figure is a young man with short, styled hair wearing a black shirt, listening attentively. Others around him are engaged, some with glasses, wearing casual clothes, with a backdrop of vertical blinds on a wall.

We believe Father, Son and Holy Spirit are at work in the world, drawing us into life and love.

Everything we do flows from that. We create spaces that are open and accessible to everyone; spaces that help people discover Jesus.

Our values shape our activities - who we are overflows into what we do.

  • Defined by Dependence on God

“If we can do this without God or one another, then we are missing the point.”

We believe God is already at work, and we’re joining in. So, we don’t ask “what can we do?” but “what will it take?” We’re not building our own programmes - we’re looking to give away as much as we can to strengthen what God is doing through others. We shape our lives intentionally around His.

  • Passionate about People

“Father God put loving and empowering people at the centre of His plans, so do we.”

God knows every person by name and loves every person. So do we. We believe what Jesus wants to see happen flows through people coming alive in who they are made to be. Each person has value; life is best lived together; and we exist for the benefit of others.

  • Dreamers who Dare to Make a Difference

“We’re joining in with God’s purpose of renewing the world.”

When we root ourselves in dependence on Jesus, far more becomes possible than we ever imagined. We become people of hope, not fear - willing to take seemingly crazy risks, find inspired creativity and delight in the ordinary with a new joy.

Our values are embodied in a shared set of practices: Habits, Hands and Hubs.

Our Approach

  • Habits

Simple practices that shape our daily lives around Jesus. Dependence on Him has to look like something, both individually and together.

  • Hands

Our palms represent the places we live and work; our fingers, the people we know by name and want to see thriving. With our hands, we pray and we serve.

  • Hubs and Habitats

We can’t do this alone, and we don’t do it for ourselves. We connect in small communities to encourage one another, and create spaces where people can connect, partner and make a difference together.
