    Hi, I’m Anna and I lead the organisational side of Solomon's House and love to be part of turning dreams into reality - because anything is possible with God and each other. Whilst I spend quite a bit of time with spreadsheets these days, at heart I'm a creative soul and enjoy a (short) walk in nature and looking at some big trees, as long as it's not too far from a coffee shop!

    Hi, I’m Sam! Born and bred in Birmingham, I’m married to Anna and dad to Leo and Cora. Brought up in a Christian family I’ve tested faith through studying Philosophy and living through major challenges in finance, health, and mental health in myself and those around me. I’m passionate about the reality of Jesus in every life, empowering people to be who they’re created to be, and the beauty of people working together for the benefit of others.  Fun fact: I once held a world-record in Ultimate Frisbee 😊

    Alice

    Hi, I'm Alice, the Youth Hub Lead! I get to do something I absolutely love, creating a warm, welcoming space where young people can drop in, be themselves, grow in faith, and discover who they're called to be. Our heart is to see young people transformed by the Holy Spirit, thriving as leaders and making disciples right here in London. From mentoring to skills training, fun activities to wellbeing support, every session is built with love and purpose. Fun fact: Otters hold hands while they sleep, so they don't drift apart, just like how we believe in holding our young people close, in community, and in faith!

    Zahra

    Hi, I’m Zahra. I’m the comms and ops lead at Solomon’s House. Working with the team here since the early days of Church at Barking Riverside has truly been a God send. Not only has it brought me closer to God, but it was also the best answer to my prayer for a more fulfilling, life-giving role that’s close to home and flexible. As a north Londoner at heart, I’m ecstatic Arsenal won the Premier League after 22 years waiting, and Lewis Hamilton seems to be back on top!

    Hi I’m Joe. I'm a Christian, husband, father to 6 children, and the manager of the Rivergate centre. Outside of work I enjoy reading the Bible and listening to music. Fun fact – I love Jesus!

    Charmila

    Hi I’m Charmila. You will often find me at the Rivergate Centre connecting with the community, supporting volunteers, and helping create opportunities for people to come together. Being part of Solomons House strengthens my commitment to God and encourages me to share my faith while building genuine relationships with people. I trust community grows though relationships, and some of the most meaningful connections begin with a simple conversation.

    Hi, I’m Povilas but everyone calls me POV. Point Of View. I’m a neuroscientist that can talk about the brain a lot and soon to be a CBT Hypnotherapist. I do Jiu-jitsu and judo in my spare time and can dance salsa and bachata.
